And he does it well. At six episodes, the series has enough drive to sustain it, especially since it throws in some outlandish gags and a diabolical scheme to take over the world.

But seeing [Jean Claude Van Damme] push himself into the unfamiliar territory of meta comedy, and being so good at it, is a real kick in the head.
